DRSA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At DRSA we strive to provide the best treatment for our clients and undertake to ensure that all details received are treated with the strictest confidence. You will be met on arrival at the airport and transported to your hotel of choice and to all dental / medical appointments. We look forward to welcoming you to Cape Town and assure you of the best available service.
 
Cost Estimates:

All cost estimates are quoted in SA Rands and provided by DRSA for every aspect of your visit, including surgery, accommodation and vacation, should you choose to stay after treatment.

Includes:

Your procedure cost, Hospitalisation if necessary in a private clinic or hospital, Hotel accommodation of your choice. All airport transfers and transfers to medical/dental appointments. DRSA representative to accompany you to your appointments. All correspondence with the medical team via email, telecom, and facsimile. Anaesthetist fee if applicable.

Excludes:

Consultation cost in the UK.
Safari options.
Optional day tours.
Meals not included in your hotel rate.
Air tickets (return to and from South Africa).
Additional costs not specified.
On acceptance of the procedure the cost of the UK consultation will be credited and deducted from the total amount.
Any confirmed bookings not taken up will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payments:

To secure your booking a non-refundable administration/ booking fee of 25% of the set out amount is required. This deposit will be invoiced and paid into the account of Dental Retreat SA by bank transfer (SWIFT/ telegraphic transfer) as indicated on the invoice. This amount will be deducted from the total cost estimate.

The full balance of the fee will be paid directly to the surgeon/dentist on confirmation of the amount at the pre-operative consultation. This amount can be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card or Travelers Cheque.

Surgery Terms and Conditions:

The surgeon reserves the right to perform the procedure for whatever reason.
